The new 220 cm Diamond Olympic Competition Barbell is ideal for functional circuits, CrossFit® and Power Lifting work, as well as being widely used for gym training with a bench or rack. The Diamond competition barbell is made up of chrome-plated sleeves with non-slip turning, 4 bronze bushings, 8 roller bearings and a knurled handle with a diameter of 28 mm.
The knurling in the central part of the shaft allows the athlete to have maximum control and train safely, ensuring excellent comfort in the grip. The competition barbell can support a maximum loadable weight of 1000 kg. The new graphics, with caps and encased seal speaking, amplify its visibility and aesthetics. Diamond barbells are sold with the pair of safety collars included. The weight of the unloaded barbell is 20 kg
