The Diamond Women's Olympic Barbell features a burnished finish on the shaft and is composed of chrome-plated sleeves with a non-slip finish, four bronze bushings, four roller bearings, and a 25 mm diameter knurled handle that provides a firm grip without excessive hand stress, maintaining maximum control during the exercise.

The women's Olympic barbell can support a maximum load of 250 kg. The unloaded barbell weighs 15 kg.
