The Iso-Lateral Lat Pulldown was designed based on human movement. The ability to load the arms independently allows for divergent and independent movements for optimal biomechanics. Isolate movements allow the user to train with both limbs together, independently, or alternating. The counterbalanced system allows for very light starting weights, perfect for rehabilitation, the elderly, and beginners.

Both the seat and knee pads are adjustable to suit all users. The starting weight of the single lever arm is just 0.5 kg, making the machine accessible to all users, including physiotherapy rehabilitation patients.
