The Iso-Lateral Rowing Machine was designed based on human movement. The ability to load the arms independently allows for divergent and independent movements for optimal biomechanics. Isolateral movements allow the user to train with both limbs together, independently, or alternately. The machine features a compact, high-performance design. It features multiple handles for a wider variety of exercises and angles.

The comfortable and ergonomic seat is adjustable to different heights to suit all users. The starting weight of the single lever arm is just 4.5 kg, making the machine accessible to all users, including physiotherapy rehabilitation patients.

Only works with 50mm discs.
