The Seated Biceps Curl is a machine designed to offer users a better focus than free weights when performing curls on a Scott bench. The machine allows you to train both limbs or one at a time, both in a semi-supinated grip and in a “hammer” grip, furthermore the curve of the movement follows the natural physiology of the wrist and elbow joints. The transmission is entrusted to a reinforced rubber belt to increase the feeling of the exercise.
