The Power Grip DIAMOND grip set consists of 5 multigrip handles to improve and differentiate the upper body training in pulling and rowing exercises. Thanks to their particular design and their unique angle , they give greater emphasis during the training of the back and shoulder muscles, furthermore the neutral and ergonomic grip means that the wrists and forearms are less prone to forms of stress. Each grip has a different size and type of grip to expand the training range.
