Diamond Cross Training Sled - SCT

The Cross Training and Functional Training Sled is an innovative tool that offers the possibility of performing pushing and pulling exercises, and is suitable for strengthening.
The solid and sturdy structure includes a harness that allows for pulling exercises and allows the sled to be used on different types of flooring both in the gym and outdoors, such as: concrete, natural and synthetic grass.

The advantage of the crosstraining sled is that it can be weighted with both 50 mm discs at the rear and 25 mm diameter hole discs at the front and allows a double push system thanks to the horizontal handles and vertical bars.
