The Cross Training and Functional Training Sled is an innovative tool that offers the possibility of performing pushing and pulling exercises, and is suitable for strengthening.

The solid and sturdy structure includes a harness for pulling exercises. It features two eyelets for attaching the harness or, alternatively, ropes for performing exercises.
