Yoga represents the oldest form of personal growth from a physical, mental and spiritual point of view. Daily life imposes a cyclical alternation of rhythms and a succession of small and large events that affect the psycho-physical balance.
All of this can create disharmony between the four fundamental elements – AIR, EARTH, WATER and FIRE – that balance our body.
The lesson proposed in this DVD interprets the four elements that by their alchemical nature have a strong interaction between them. The goal is to mix them in a flowing becoming of emotions to be experienced with the body and mind, making them complementary and synergic thanks to the exercises (asana) proposed.
This workout, through the cyclical succession of combined movements, provides physical benefits, such as flexibility and strength, and psychological benefits, such as grace and inner calm, offering a training aimed at preparing us to harmoniously face the stresses imposed by everyday life.
