The muscle districts of the lower limbs – legs and buttocks – represent one of the areas of the body that most interests the female public. This area is in fact characterized by various imperfections, ranging from poor muscle tone to fat deposits, up to cellulite.
The training proposed here – divided into two phases, one in an upright position and one on the ground – is designed to guarantee results capable of resolving the typical imperfections of this muscular district.
