PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Furniture made of plywood and covered in plastic laminate. The strength of the materials used and the thickness of 3 centimeters, which reaches 3.6 centimeters in the central band, make the structure extremely resistant. Color: upper and lower band briar, central band black.

The structure of the furniture is assembled by means of a system of metal hinges secured by screws and bolts, without the use of glues that would make it difficult to replace parts.

Legs in beech wood with washable plastic paint with a peeled effect. The considerable thickness – 5 centimetres – guarantees perfect stability on the ground.

Rods diameter mm. 16 in drawn steel with high resistance to torsion with anti-rust chrome plating. The quality of the material used, together with the thickness of 2.2 millimetres, prevents the rods from bending, maintaining a perfect shape for a long time. The choice between protruding rods and retracting rods (telescopic) is allowed.

Protruding rods : the rods supplied as standard protrude from the cabinet – on the opposite side to the knob – according to the standard used in Italy and in international competitions.

Safety device for the rods (telescopic rods) : on request it is possible to supply the foosball table with telescopic safety rods to replace the outgoing ones. Made of the same material and with the same technical characteristics as the outgoing ones, they differ in their operation, which ensures the maximum level of safety.

In telescopic rods , in fact, a rod of smaller diameter slides inside the rod with the men, whose end re-enters the cabinet without coming out, thus avoiding the risk of hits to the face and eyes of children. It is highly recommended to choose this option if the users of the foosball table are children and in any case in all cases in which the foosball table is used in environments frequented by children.

The rods are fixed to the furniture by means of nylon bushings .

The rustproof stainless steel ball bearings inside the bushings that secure the rods to the cabinet significantly improve the smoothness of the rods: this increases the speed, and therefore the enjoyment, of the game, while decreasing the stress on the players' wrists.

Single-color men in plastic material (moplen) representing a stylized human figure, fixed to the rods with direct molding: they do not move, do not shift, maintain their position perfectly. Team colors: blue / red.

Alternatively, you can request the three-color players , reproducing the human figure with face, hair, shirt - one team with a red shirt and the other with a blue shirt - shorts. These players are screwed onto the rods individually and therefore offer the possibility of varying the game geometries, which in the printed players are unchangeable. They are made of aluminum covered with several layers of plastic material, one for each color used.

Plastic grips with wooden inserts that limit hand sweating and allow for a more pleasant and secure grip.

Playing field in tempered glass with opaque sandblasting, which eliminates any reflections due to the glass covering. Green grass background with white lines that reproduce the stadium ground.

Newly designed glass holders : they slope perfectly towards the playing field without creating steps.

The balls are introduced into the field manually by means of an elevator located on the side of the cabinet next to the coin mechanism. The system is not accessible from the outside, to prevent the balls from being stolen.

The outside of the doors is coated in aluzinc, a very robust alloy of aluminium and zinc which prevents the formation of dents even after numerous games.

The playing area is completely covered by a tempered upper glass that dampens the noise of the game and makes any tampering impossible during the game, while preventing the possibility of the ball leaving the playing area.

Upon request, it is possible to install a lighting system for the playing field using two neon lamps placed above the two goals. The Garlando system complies with EU regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility and Safety (low voltage).

It is possible to open the cabinet to access its interior. The upper part of the foosball table can be lifted effortlessly and in a completely safe manner thanks to two gas springs , which also provide support for the upper part of the foosball table, when this is lifted, allowing you to carry out the relevant operations in complete safety.

When the cabinet is open, the playing field can be separated from the upper part of the cabinet by opening two latches, to facilitate cleaning and any replacement of parts.

The internal ball sliding mechanism is made up of individually replaceable metal elements.

Abacus scoreboard , with cubes in colors coordinated with the players.

The ashtrays are attached to the foosball table by steel cables. This makes them easy to clean while making theft impossible.

The cup holders (on both sides of the cabinet) for storing glasses, bottles and cans complete the accessories supplied with this model.

Coperto comes standard with a mechanical pull -type coin mechanism , adjustable for any type of coin or token, which releases all the balls at the same time.

The following mechanical coin acceptor options are available upon request: coin acceptor with coin counter, coin acceptor with protected coin counter, coin acceptor with protected coin counter and ejector.

In addition to the various types of mechanical coin mechanism, Coperto can be equipped with an electromechanical system , which offers greater possibilities for setting the coin mechanism.

For maximum versatility in programming the coin acceptor, the table football can be equipped with the GARL 2001 electronic system , which allows you to accept coins of various sizes, calculate credits, offer bonuses and much more.
