Safari Express children's train. Certified in accordance with European Standards EN 1176 by the German TÜV - SÜD Institute. Made of Nordic pine wood impregnated in an autoclave with non-toxic salts. List of components: No. 1 open locomotive carriage, made of wooden uprights section 7 x 7 cm, brightly coloured HPL stratified bilaminate panels, four handles in galvanised tubular steel, shaped and oven-painted at 180°C, two vertical uprights joined at the top by a brightly coloured HPL stratified bilaminate panel. Cylindrical fibreglass structure made with various layers of high-density resin. Driving area equipped with a bench in round steel tube with seat and support surfaces in phenolic-glued birch plywood with non-slip knurling, finished with coloured films on both sides. No. 2 open wagons, made up of wooden uprights, section 7 x 7 cm, brightly coloured HPL stratified bilaminate panels, four handles in galvanised steel tubing, shaped and oven-painted at 180°C and a bench, in galvanised steel round tube and oven-painted at 180°C, with seat and support surfaces in birch plywood with phenolic glue and non-slip knurling, finished with coloured films on both sides. Assembly using 8.8 galvanised steel bolts and self-locking nuts. Standard nut-cover elements in coloured nylon.
