The lat machine – rear pulley section allows the performance of all cable exercises with the lat bar and triceps bar; the load is secured with Olympic discs inserted on the pins of the sled up to a maximum of 120 kg. In addition to traditional exercises with the guided barbell, the JK V72 is equipped with an upper bar with a Ø 25 mm handle for performing pull-ups or suspension exercises with bands, elastic bands, and TRX.
