Synthetic Grass Flooring

INSTALLATION METHOD

Lay the roll out on a flat surface, ensuring all sides are perfectly aligned. To cut and fit the material to the surface, any utility knife with a completely smooth blade will suffice.

Installing grass flooring is quick and easy, and can even be done independently, depending on the product you choose. There are two main installation methods:

1. Laying with glue
This method is especially suitable for Hyrox courses and/or courses involving the use of a heavy sled, as it ensures a permanent attachment to the floor. Installing with glue is the only solution to prevent creases, lifting, and the natural expansion of synthetic grass floors.

However, once glued, the flooring cannot be removed without damaging both the grass surface and the subfloor. Installing with glue is recommended only in areas exposed to direct sunlight, such as rooms with large windows, to avoid expansion due to heat.

This technique is particularly suitable for home gyms, gyms, CrossFit boxes, functional areas and class rooms.

2. Installation with double-sided tape
It's the most practical and recommended solution for most fitness applications. It's less invasive, more economical, and allows the flooring to be relaid without damage.

In many cases, especially for domestic use, if the flooring is stable once laid, the use of adhesive may not even be necessary and the flooring can be laid with just double-sided tape.

USE

Its density makes it ideal for use with a sled and, in general, for workouts that require dragging weights or sprints of various intensities (such as Hyrox and DEKA).
It's perfect for both rough or resin-coated industrial floors and more delicate surfaces like parquet or tile. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The product can be cleaned with a standard vacuum cleaner. It requires no maintenance and is resistant to mold and bacteria.
