The simple and innovative design of PowerBlock dumbbells makes exercising much more fun and easier. They take up little space, ideal for organizing your space practically and efficiently.

The PowerBlock consists of a series of weights, each with a heavier mass, which interlock and connect with each other using a sturdy pin system. This pin is secured to the center with a strong elastic band. Different elements can be combined to create the desired weight, and the weights are attached to the handle using double pins. All you have to do is lift the chosen weight and start exercising.

The handle contains two additional cylindrical weights that (both or just one) can be used to precisely adjust the load during weight training. The Pro EXP Set 5-70 can be combined with the Pro 5-90 for the full weight range.

Grips: An open grip design allows for greater freedom of movement. Comfortable, contoured rubber grip.
Side Rails: The bands on the side rails display the weight of the selected dumbbell. The pin covers the selected band/rail to easily display the weight. Some models use color cards on the grip to coordinate with the colored band on the rail.
Auto-Lock: EXP models have an “auto-lock” for micro-adjustments, reducing handle weight by 2.5 lbs.
Selection pin: simple and efficient. Insert the magnetic polypropylene pin into the slot to select the maximum load of 225 kg.
