Features of PBSPSET1 dumbbells

The Powerblock Sport EXP 5-50 set starts at 20.7 kg (50 lbs) per dumbbell and can then be expanded with 2 sets, the Sport EXP set 5-70 and the Sport EXP set 5-90.

One set adds 20 lbs (9kg) to each dumbbell, so a stage 2 is 50-70 (32kg) and a stage 3 is 70-90 (40.8kg). This is a great option for anyone who wants their set to grow with them.
