Our deliveries are normally made with standard vehicles (trucks or vans), but there may be particular conditions in which the goods are very heavy to unload by hand and there is no forklift at the place of delivery for unloading.
In this case a special vehicle (truck or van) equipped with a hydraulic tail lift is used.
PLEASE NOTE: This service is normally performed upon customer request, but if the goods are rather heavy to unload by hand and there is no forklift available at the delivery location for unloading, we will also include the cost of this service in the estimate, even if not expressly requested by the customer.
