The PL2300 provides squat and deadlift training to develop explosive body strength and muscle strength in the legs, arms, shoulders and back. The pop pin adjustment of the lever movement arm accommodates users of different lengths. The handle has two different designs: straight and curved position, allowing trainers to operate the independent lifting arm more easily while supporting unilateral and bilateral use.
