This high performance leg curl machine has 5 adjustable position levels. Both legs work individually. Sealed bearing pivot points. Direct link motion arm design enhances smooth and continuous range of motion. V-bench design provides total hamstring isolation. Helps reduce back stress and unwanted knee forces. Rollers are adjustable to fit users of all sizes. Also featured are side handles for stability and control and weight racks for plate storage.
