The constant use of the Activa Disc promotes the tonicity of the dorsal and abdominal muscles and clearly prevents injuries to the lower limb. Used in sports preparation for team sports, in proprioceptive and balance exercises, in postural gymnastics and in re-education following physiotherapy rehabilitation in ankle pathologies.
