Made with a PVC coating and pre-formed foam padding. Ideal for training all types of strikes, from jabs to hooks and uppercuts.

The density of the foam rubber has been created to absorb the impact of the blow as best as possible and at the same time to prevent it from deforming, in this way the tool maintains the same shape over time even in the face of intensive daily use. The back of the tool is made of wood inserted into a galvanized steel support for attachment to the wall. The package does not include the wall anchors that must be chosen based on the type of wall to which the support must be attached. In this regard we recommend consulting a bricklayer or an expert professional.
